Francis McIlwean of Dobbs County for 16 pounds proclamation money conveys to John Gilstrap of Craven County a plantation on the south side of Neuse River and lower side of Moseley's Creek in a place called Trace Neck, the old place where Tracey formerly lived, 170 acres more or less.
